WorkBuddy Deployment

Make WorkBuddy part of how the team works — not another idle tab.

Enterprise deployment around WorkBuddy: role and use-case design, knowledge integration, workflow configuration, permission boundaries, operating norms and team training. Turn a purchased AI tool into a working habit.

FIT

Who this is for

AI work assistants usually die at “everyone tried it once and went back to the old way.” Adoption needs three things: a painful enough use case, trustworthy answers, and a workflow that feels easier than the alternative.

01

Already licensed or trialing WorkBuddy

Accounts exist, but usage is concentrated among a few people and disconnected from real business workflows.

02

Knowledge spread across systems

Documents, drives, wikis, tickets and chat threads each hold a piece of the answer, and none is clearly current.

03

Need enterprise-grade guardrails

You are worried about data leakage, over-permissioned answers or hallucinations and want boundaries before rollout.

OUTCOMES

What you walk away with

Not a feature list — outcomes that enter the business, get measured and can be owned.

01

Three to five frequent use cases

Focus on the tasks that consume the most time in sales, support, HR, projects or research — not a catalog of generic assistants.

02

A trustworthy knowledge supply

Clean, chunk, refresh and cite source material. Make “I don’t know” an acceptable, explicit answer.

03

Reusable workflows

Connect summarize, retrieve, generate, approve and sync steps so people stop switching between tools.

04

An adoption operating rhythm

Use task completion, weekly active use and human edit rate to improve, and develop internal champions.

DELIVERABLES

What is delivered

Exact scope is tailored per project. Every deliverable has a clear acceptance method.

WorkBuddy usage and use-case audit
Role, permission and data-boundary design
Enterprise knowledge and prompt assets
High-frequency workflow configuration
Operating norms and human-review points
Role-based training and an internal playbook

PROCESS

How we deliver

Every stage has a reviewable output, so the project never becomes a long black box.

01

Audit

Review accounts, use cases and usage data. Interview active and lapsed users to find the real barrier to adoption.

02

Design

Select three to five frequent tasks. Define inputs, outputs, knowledge sources, permissions and human review points.

03

Build

Connect knowledge, configure roles and workflows, and test against real tasks in a small group. Fix quality and usability.

04

Adopt

Train by role, establish champions and feedback loops, track metrics and codify the best practices.

FAQ

Common questions

Something else? Email us. We usually reply within one business day.

What is WorkBuddy?

WorkBuddy is an AI work assistant product for team collaboration. Features, editions and availability are defined by the version you use and its official documentation. We provide independent implementation, integration and training services.

Are you an official WorkBuddy partner?

Unless stated otherwise in writing, FancyFDE provides independent third-party consulting and delivery. We do not represent WorkBuddy officially and can evaluate alternative tools when they fit better.

Will our enterprise data be used to train models?

That depends on your edition, model provider and contract. We document data flows, retention and supplier terms in the design, and prefer configurations where enterprise data is not used for training.

How quickly will we see results?

A use-case audit and first configuration typically take two weeks. Knowledge integration, workflows and the first training round usually take four to six weeks. Adoption and task quality need ongoing operation after launch.
