App Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to mobile applications published by FancyAR Tech that link to this page, including apps that display advertising through Google AdMob. It does not apply to the fancyfde.com website, which has its own privacy policy, or to third-party websites and services.

If an App has a separate privacy policy or an additional in-app disclosure, that policy or disclosure applies together with this one. If there is a conflict, the more specific disclosure for that App controls.

2. Our approach: no server-side user data storage

FancyAR Tech does not operate a server that collects, stores or maintains personal information from the Apps. We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or user-generated content on our servers.

The Apps may store settings, preferences, progress or similar information locally on your device. This local data is not transmitted to FancyAR Tech and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data, subject to your device backup settings.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and keep it only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law. You may ask us to delete the correspondence.

3. Advertising and Google AdMob

The Apps may display advertising through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC and its affiliates using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. AdMob helps fund the Apps and may show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your region, consent choices and device settings.

When an App displays ads, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process certain information, including:

• Device identifiers, such as the advertising ID (IDFA on iOS or Android Advertising ID), app set ID and similar identifiers.
• IP address and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, language, screen size, app version and network type.
• Ad interactions, such as impressions, clicks, views and whether an ad was shown or dismissed.
• Diagnostic and performance data, such as errors, load times and SDK performance.

4. Why AdMob processes this data

Google may use the information described above to deliver ads, select and personalize advertising where permitted, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and diagnose technical problems. Some processing may also be used to improve Google’s advertising services.

FancyAR Tech does not receive the raw data collected by the AdMob SDK and does not store it on its own servers. We may receive aggregated reports, such as impressions, estimated revenue, country-level breakdowns and app performance metrics, which do not identify you personally.

The exact data collected and the purposes of processing depend on the App, your device, your region, your consent choices and how AdMob is configured in that App.

5. Consent and legal bases in certain regions

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App may ask for your consent before using personal data for personalized advertising and related measurement. Where required, the App may present a consent message using Google’s consent tools or a Google-certified consent management platform. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the privacy settings in the App or your device settings.

If you decline personalized advertising, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant. We do not use consent choices for purposes other than those described in the consent message.

Where consent is not required, we rely on the legal bases permitted by applicable law, which may include legitimate interests for fraud prevention, security and basic ad delivery.

6. Your choices and rights

You can limit or reset advertising identifiers and control personalized advertising through your device and Google settings:

• iOS: open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to manage “Allow Apps to Request to Track,” and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising to manage personalized ads.
• Android: open Settings → Google → Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID and manage ad personalization.
• Google Ads Settings: manage personalized ads across Google services at adssettings.google.com.
• In the App: use any privacy or ad settings made available in the App.

7. Access, deletion and other rights

Because FancyAR Tech does not maintain a server-side user database, we generally do not have personal data about you to access, correct, export or delete. If you have emailed us, you may ask us to access, correct or delete that correspondence by contacting fancyarplay@gmail.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For data processed by Google AdMob, please use Google’s privacy tools and settings, or contact Google as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. We will assist where reasonably possible.

8. Sharing and disclosure

FancyAR Tech does not sell or rent personal information. We do not share app user data with third parties for their independent marketing.

The Apps share data with Google as the provider of AdMob for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and related services, as described above. Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and your Google settings.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process or a governmental request, or if necessary to protect the rights, safety or security of FancyAR Tech, our users or others. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

9. Data retention

FancyAR Tech does not retain app user data on its servers because we do not operate a user-data server for the Apps. Local app data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App, subject to device backups.

Google retains data collected through AdMob according to its own retention policies and settings. We do not control Google’s retention periods. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.

Email correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to respond and meet legal or business record requirements, and can be deleted on request where no legal obligation requires retention.

10. Security

FancyAR Tech does not maintain a server-side database of app user data, which reduces the risk of a server breach affecting your information. We use reasonable measures to protect the Apps and any communications, including secure transmission where supported and limiting access to support correspondence.

Data transmitted by third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob is protected according to Google’s security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) unless the app store listing or in-app disclosure states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on our servers.

If an App is directed to children, we will configure advertising and disclosures to comply with Google Play’s Families policy and applicable children’s privacy laws, including obtaining verifiable parental consent where required. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact fancyarplay@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. App store privacy disclosures

Our Google Play Data safety and Apple App Privacy disclosures are based on the actual configuration of each App. For Apps that use Google AdMob, the disclosures may identify data such as device or other IDs, approximate location, app activity and diagnostics as collected or shared with Google for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention.

This policy is intended to serve as the privacy policy link for our app store listings unless a listing or in-app disclosure provides a different app-specific policy. If an App uses additional SDKs or features, we will update this policy or provide a separate disclosure.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Apps, advertising providers, legal requirements or our practices. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice in the App or in the app store listing where appropriate.

Your continued use of an App after an update means you are aware of the revised policy. If you do not agree, you may stop using the App and uninstall it.
