Taking on new projects FORWARD-DEPLOYED AI STUDIO

AI that ships. Not just demos.

FancyFDE works inside the business, turning AI, agents and engineering into production capability you can measure, operate and reuse. Not another demo — a delivery path that holds up.

WHY FANCYFDE

AI does not lack capability. It lacks the last mile.

Models keep getting stronger, but a business does not improve because an API exists. The gap is use-case selection, system integration, process redesign, adoption and operations. We treat those five as engineering problems.

01

Business before model

Define a verifiable business result first. Choose the model and architecture after.

02

Shipping before perfect

Put the smallest complete loop in front of real users. Let feedback come from use, not meetings.

03

Handover before dependency

Deliver code, docs, runbooks and training together so your team can own the outcome.

HOW WE WORK

Prove it first. Then make it fast.

We resolve uncertainty early. Every stage has a concrete output, and no engagement runs without acceptance criteria.

01

Diagnose

Interview business and frontline teams. Map workflow, data, systems and constraints. Establish a baseline.

02

Prove

Pick one high-leverage wedge. Build a working prototype in two weeks and test it on real tasks.

03

Deploy

Integrate with real systems. Add permissions, exceptions, evaluation and monitoring. Drive daily use.

04

Enable

Train the team, lock in metrics and review the next iteration. Leave the capability inside the organization.

FEATURED PROGRAMS

Turn tools into ways of working.

The value of an AI tool is not the number of licenses. It is whether someone’s working day actually changes. We go deep on two high-frequency entry points.

WORKBUDDY / TEAM AI

Make the AI work assistant actually used.

From use-case audit and knowledge integration to permissions and role-based training, we configure WorkBuddy into a place the team opens every day.

  • 3–5 high-frequency use cases
  • Enterprise knowledge and citations
  • Permissions and human review
  • Adoption operations

CODEX / ENGINEERING

Turn AI coding into team capacity.

Hands-on training on a real codebase: task decomposition, context management, testing, review and security boundaries — codified into a shared engineering standard.

  • Real repository exercises
  • Full delivery loop
  • Quality and security guardrails
  • Internal champions

PRODUCT ENGINEERING

From idea to app store, built by one team.

Product definition, experience design, cross-platform engineering, backend and launch support under one roof. Less handoff loss, and fewer “great design, broken build” moments.

AI APPLICATIONS

An agent is not a chat box. It is a system that finishes work.

We assemble models, knowledge, tools and process into AI applications that can be evaluated, observed and maintained. Automate what should be automated; hand the rest to a human.

WHERE IT SHOWS UP

Different problem, different deliverable.

These are the six entry points we see most often. They are not templates, but they help you locate your own problem.

ENGAGEMENT MODELS

Start with a diagnostic. Invest by stage.

You do not need to sign a giant annual program up front. Validate direction at low cost, then decide whether to expand.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What you might ask before working with us.

If your question is not here, email us. We reply within one business day.

What size companies do you work with?

Company size is not the primary filter. A ten-person startup or an organization with thousands of people can be a fit if there is a clear business problem, willingness to involve frontline users, and comfort with metric-based acceptance.

How long does a project take?

A diagnostic workshop takes one to two days. A prototype usually takes two weeks. A pilot inside a real workflow takes four to eight weeks. Apps and mini programs typically take four to sixteen weeks depending on scope, backend complexity and launch requirements.

How are you different from a software outsourcer?

Outsourcers deliver against a requirements list. We deliver against a business outcome. Scope is defined together after diagnosis, and launch is not the finish line: adoption, metrics and team ownership are part of acceptance.

Can we book training without development?

Yes. Codex team training, AI workshops and WorkBuddy enablement can be standalone engagements. We can add an optional coaching period so the team applies the method to real projects.

How do you handle data security?

We define data boundaries, model providers, log retention and access before work starts. We prefer enterprise APIs or private deployment and can de-identify sensitive data. Client data is not used for model training by default.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We are based in China, but most delivery works remotely. FDE engagements usually include two to three days of on-site observation, followed by a mix of on-site and remote iterations.

How do you price work?

Diagnostic workshops are fixed-fee. Delivery is priced by stage and milestone. Ongoing partnerships are monthly or quarterly. Scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria are explicit before quoting — not a vague day-rate estimate.

The site collects nothing. How do I contact you?

Email hello@fancyfde.com. There are no forms, cookies, analytics or advertising scripts on this site, and no visitor information is stored. Email is a conversation you start deliberately.

Bring the problem. We’ll decide together if it’s worth building.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. We look at the business goal, the current workflow and your data boundaries before proposing a next step.
